CANCELLATION POLICY


All reservations will require one room night deposit , as a firm committment.
We realize that sometimes there is a change of plan , however, to avoid unnecessary charges and to be fair to other prospective guests , please abide by the following minimum cancellation notification schedule:

• Weekend – 5 days prior to arrival date
• Holiday and Peak Periods – 10 days prior to arrival date
• Midweek – 3 days prior to arrival date

There will be a one-night charge per room for cancellations that does not comply with this schedule. All reservations are guaranteed after the cancellation notification date, at which time the one-night deposit will be charged to your account. No-shows will automatically lose their deposit and 'early' departures (dates) without valid reasons will be charged one (1) night's payment , as penalty .
Silver Creek Resort is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies
PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Credit Card Payments: Upon arrival , a credit card authorization will be done for the duration of the stay.

• Cash Payments: Guests wishing to pay for their stay in cash ,will be required to pay for the entire stay upon check-in.

• Bank Deposits: Guests wishing to pay by this method must call to get the account number. The deposit slip must be faxed to Silver Creek Resort at 876 973-4564. You will be required to pay for the entire stay upon check-in
